Cultural and Creative Industries
The most important innovation process has always been to understand the human side of change. Creative and cultural industries (CCI) use new meanings, symbols, stories and values to explore how to address the individual. They offer answers to questions: how to coexist and live successfully with various innovations. Therefore, the main result of cultural and creative activities is the development of new ideas and their implementation as well as the design of products and services.
The article presents the definition, history and areas of CCI. It further focuses on the potentials and strengths of the CCI and explains their importance in an era of great changes.
